Dr. Holowitz is a licensed psychologist who works with children, teens, and adults experiencing a wide range of stressors including symptoms related to anxiety and depression, learning challenges, neurodiversity, Autism spectrum, and trauma. She uses an individualized and collaborative treatment approach to create a supportive and open environment to facilitate growth and change.

Dr. Holowitz employs techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment related theories. She believes in creating a warm space for people to reflect on their life experiences and identify areas for change on their journey towards relief and self-fulfillment.

Jane Kim, PHD

Dr. Kim is a licensed psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in treating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, phase of life transitions, relationship issues, academic and learning challenges, family stressors, and self-esteem. She works through a multicultural lens that values all aspects of a person’s identity and the context in which they live. Dr. Kim works to create a safe space where clients feel free to explore all aspects of their identity, family history, and the world in which they live. She works together with clients to develop a sense of trust and build a working relationship to pursue the goals we develop together.

Dr. Kim uses an integrative approach to help clients cultivate resilience and coping skills. Her goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of the impact of past experiences and relationships on current patterns and personality styles. She draws from Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Attachment theories to support clients in their personal growth.

Kali Rowe, PHD

Dr. Rowe is a licensed psychologist who works with children, teens, and adults struggling with a range of stressors including depression, anxiety, life transitions, traumatic grief and loss, relationship problems, and issues of identity. She brings curiosity and authenticity to each session, aiming to meet each client where they are at and creating a therapeutic environment adapted to meet the unique goals and mental health needs of those she serves. Clients gain an increased understanding of themselves and learn the skills needed to overcome their challenges. Within the context of a collaborative working relationship, Dr. Rowe helps clients discover their own inner resilience, wisdom, and strength and use those resources to effectively navigate and manage life stressors. She engages caregivers in the treatment process as well as relevant family members and collateral networks, providing support, guidance, and collaboration to help individuals realize their developmental potential and thrive. 

Using an integrative approach to treatment, Dr. Rowe helps clients understand the link between past experiences and current challenges, while drawing from various evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, to provide clients with tools and coping skills to reduce their distress. In addition, she has extensive experience working with complex trauma and is trained in EMDR Therapy. Dr. Rowe recognizes the tremendous impact of culture on each client’s identity and how they interact with the world. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care, supporting clients as they explore aspects of their identity and navigate stressors.
